We are seeking a warm, attentive assistant with a background in education, ideally experienced with young children, to help support our family’s needs. The assistant will primarily focus on childcare, coordinating with schools, handling school pickups/drop-offs, and assisting with household tasks.

What you will be responsible for

• Childcare & Coordination: Support with the care of young children.
• School Liaison: Act as a bridge with the school to arrange schedules and support children’s educational needs.
• Transportation: Help with pickups and drop-offs of children
• Household Support: Manage minor household tasks as needed, in cooperation with a current assistant focused on household matters.

How you can stand out

• Bachelor's degree and above.
• At least 2 years of working experience, with a background in education.
• Possesses an encouraging personality and enjoys engaging with children through positive reinforcement.
• Ability to work independently and maintain flexibility around children’s needs.
• Prior experience working with children as a teacher in an international school setting is highly advantageous.
• Possess a strong command of English.
• Possessing a Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record is a plus.

Working Schedule

12:00 PM - 8:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday & Sunday)
