Family Assistant / Childcare Support

Location: Woodlands
Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are looking for a caring, responsible and reliable Family Assistant to provide after-school support and childcare for two children.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Core hours: 3:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• On average, one evening per week will require support until 8:30 PM
• When there are no special arrangements, the remaining time may be flexibly managed for personal matters or work from home

Job Responsibilities

• Accompany and supervise the children after school
• Supervise homework and study routines
• Arrange and assist with transportation to enrichment classes and activities
• Assist with childcare when parents are away in the evening
• Work together with the existing domestic helper to ensure the children's safety and well-being

Requirements

• Caring, patient and responsible
• Relevant experience in childcare, family assistance, education or household support preferred
• Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English, as Mandarin is the primary language spoken by the parents.
• Trustworthy and able to work independently
• Good employment record and able to provide references
• Must be comfortable working with children and handling after-school routines
