Job summary

Dynamics International School in Singapore seeks a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support teachers, prepare learning materials and assist students in daily activities.

You will provide individual or small-group support, help maintain a safe learning environment and accompany students on daily bus journeys, ensuring calm and safe handovers to caregivers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience in an educational setting, especially inclusive or special needs environments.
• Genuine passion for working with children in a diverse and inclusive setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-class support, assist with lesson prep and materials.
• Support individual or small groups, including students with additional needs.
• Maintain a structured, safe and positive learning environment.
• Supervise students during activities, transitions and breaks.
• Assist during camps and school outings.
• Track attendance and manage learning materials.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and school leadership.
• Accompany students on the school bus and assist with boarding/alighting.

We'relooking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to be aconsistent, caring presence in our students' lives — from the moment they boardthe school bus each morning to the final bell in the afternoon.

Inthis role, you'll work closely alongside our teachers to prepare learningmaterials, support classroom activities, and provide hands‑on assistance tostudents in their daily learning journey. But this is more than a classroomjob. In-class support

• Support teachers with lesson prep, materials andclassroom setup
• Provide individual or small-group support, includingstudents with additional needs
• Help maintain a structured, safe and positive learningenvironment
• Supervise students during activities, transitions andbreak times
• Assist during holiday camps and school outings
• Help with attendance tracking and learning materialmanagement
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and schoolleadership

Student journey care

• Accompany students on the school bus to and fromschool each day
• Assist with boarding and alighting at pick‑up anddrop‑off locations
• Ensure a calm, safe environment throughout the journey
• Hand students over safely to caregivers at drop‑offpoints
• Communicate any incidents or observations to the classteacher
