Guzman y Gomez in Singapore is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Shift Leader to guide the crew, maintain fast service, and uphold food safety and quality standards during peak hours.

You will take charge in the absence of the Manager on Duty, coach staff, manage guest experience, and ensure smooth shift execution with a customer-focused mindset and strong teamwork.

As a Permanent Part-Time Shift Leader , you will lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding our food safety and quality standards.

You will lead the team during busy service periods and ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

In the absence of the Manager on Duty, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, people management, customer experience and financial performance.

Working Requirements

• Minimum 25 hours, 3 working days per week
