Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a trade settlements specialist to manage end-to-end settlements for local and foreign equities and OTC products across assigned markets.

You will verify tickets, reconcile instructions and confirmations, and resolve unmatched trades and settlement failures to ensure timely, accurate processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade settlements is required.
• Knowledge of equities settlement or OTC products is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process end to end trade settlements for local and foreign equities and OTC products across assigned markets.
• Verify and reconcile dealing tickets, trade instructions and incoming trade confirmations to ensure accurate settlement.
• Investigate and resolve unmatched trades, settlement failures, reconciliation breaks and other transaction exceptions.
• Liaise with institutional clients, banks, brokers and liquidity providers to resolve trade and settlement related matters.
• Perform trade validation, settlement, reconciliation and operational control checks accurately within established timelines.
• Monitor assigned markets and support process improvements by identifying operational gaps and opportunities to enhance settlement workflows.
