Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented back-office professional to handle daily trade processing and settlements across equities, bonds, structured products, and OTC derivatives. You will liaise with counterparties and custodians to resolve mismatches and ensure timely reconciliations, while complying with all regulatory requirements.

The role requires experience in back-office support, FX settlement processes, and a Diploma/Degree in Banking or Business.

Qualifications

Experience in back-office support for trading/settlement.
Proficient in FX settlement processes and derivatives.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Diploma or degree in Banking, Business Studies or related field.
Ability to work in a stretched environment and meticulous.

Responsibilities

Handle daily processing of trades and on-time settlement for Equity, Bonds, Structured Products, OTC Derivatives, and corporate action processing.
Liaise with counterparties and custodians to resolve trade mismatches and issues quickly.
Ensure timely reconciliation for cash, securities, and GL accounts; avoid unclaimed funds.
Conduct end-of-day checks of Avaloq orderbooks and SWIFT Alliance queue to ensure no pending trades.
Maintain full compliance with policies and regulations including SFA’s T+X+1 and SLAs.
Escalate issues to Team Leader or Department Head as needed.
