Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Trade Operations professional to process settlements for local and foreign equities and OTC products, while reconciling tickets and trade confirmations. You will liaise with clients, banks, brokers, and liquidity providers to resolve settlement issues and ensure timely, accurate processing of validations and controls.

The role requires 1–2 years in trade operations, proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and a compliance-oriented mindset to proactively identify

Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant experience in trade operations.
Experience in stockbroking firms, custodians, or banks is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

Process settlements for local and foreign equities as well as OTC products.
Verify and reconcile dealing tickets along with incoming trade confirmations.
Resolve unmatched trade positions and address settlement failures.
Liaise with institutional clients, banks, brokers, and liquidity providers regarding trade settlement issues.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of trade validation, settlement, reconciliation, control checks, and exception handling.
Send trade confirmations to institutional clients promptly after trades are executed.
Take ownership of assigned markets and respond urgently to transaction needs.
Proactively identify gaps and enhance operational workflows.
Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
