Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a settlement professional to manage the settlement of local and foreign equities and OTC products. You will verify trade details, reconcile confirmations, and drive timely resolution of unmatched trades.

The role requires liaising with clients, banks, and brokers, performing validations, and ensuring accuracy within deadlines. You will own assigned markets and identify improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in local and foreign equity settlement preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to verify trade data.
• Ability to identify and resolve unmatched trades promptly.

Responsibilities

• Handle settlement of local and foreign equities and OTC products.
• Verify trade details and reconcile trade confirmations.
• Investigate and resolve unmatched trades and settlement issues.
• Liaise with clients, banks, brokers and other counterparties on settlement matters.
• Perform trade validation, reconciliation, control checks and exception handling.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within deadlines.
• Take ownership of assigned markets and follow up on outstanding issues promptly.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
