Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a cybersecurity solutions specialist to support presales activities and customer engagements.

You will understand customer requirements, plan and run POCs, demonstrate products, and assist with technical documentation and post-POC support. Strong communication and basic networking knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
• Experience in presales, technical support, or implementation of cybersecurity or network security products.
• Basic knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, or other security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with product demonstrations and POCs is preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Relevant cybersecurity or networking certifications are an advantage.
