Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Expense Audit Analyst for Orchard – The Heeren. This role involves pre-audit of T&E expenses across APAC, reviewing automated audit exceptions and analyzing submissions with receipts. You will support corporate card governance and manage related inquiries onsite.

The position is standard hours, five days onsite at Orchard, with a salary up to SGD 4,800 per month. Strong knowledge of Power BI and policy compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pre-audit of T&E expenses across APAC region.
• Review exceptions from automated expense auditing tool.
• Analyse employee expense submissions and supporting receipts.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-risk expense patterns and escalate as needed.
• Guide employees on correct expense policies and processes.
• Manage personal expense recovery and reimbursement workflows.
• Liaise with cardholders and stakeholders on corporate card matters.
