Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is recruiting for a role to process and support customer orders, raise POs, check stock, and coordinate timely deliveries. The position is based on-site in Ang Mo Kio and requires attention to detail and effective communication with customers.

The salary is up to SGD 3,200 monthly, complemented by AWS, quarterly incentives, and a variable bonus. Working hours are Mon-Fri with multiple shifts; on-site arrangement at Ang Mo Kio.

Responsibilities

• Process and support customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Raise Purchase Orders (PO) and prepare Delivery Orders (DO).
• Check incoming stock and tally deliveries against invoices.
• Handle customer enquiries via email and provide timely responses.
• Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 7.30am-4.30pm / 8.00am-5.00pm / 9.00am-6.00pm
