Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to perform timely entering of sales orders, amendments and engineering changes into the ERP system at Loyang, Singapore.

You will manage customer quotations, ensure timely approvals, and keep clients updated with weekly reports and status updates. This role requires coordinating with multiple departments to meet order deadlines and optimize service levels for a 6-month engagement.

Qualifications

• Min diploma/degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business with at least 3 years of order processing experience.
• Experience entering sales orders, amendments and engineering changes into ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders, amendments and engineering changes in ERP accurately and timely.
• Prepare customer quotations and ensure approvals per policy to meet sales targets.
• Provide weekly reports and updates to customers on order status and part delivery.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, expedite orders and manage shipment schedules.
• Update customer profiles and pricing in ERP; load capabilities and catalogs to website.
• Review POs and contracts to address discrepancies and ensure PO compliance.
• Support RFQ processes using financial models and generate department reports.

Duration: 6 months
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri 7.30am to 4.48pm

Location: Loyang (Pickup Tamp P.Ris then Sengkang Kranji both 1 way)

Job Description:

Timely and accurate entering of sales orders, amendments and engineering changes into ERP system.

Responsible for customer repair quotations adhere to approval policy/guidelines and managing customer timely approval to meet sales target.

Keep customers updated on the status of their parts through weekly reports, customised reports and customer web base reports.

Close monitoring of business-related activities till complete closure.

Coordinate with other departments in resolving problems, expediting orders and managing shipment schedules.

Handle customers' enquiries including managing customer relationship; know when to escape an issue to higher management.

Update customers' profiles, master pricing and product repair pricing in the ERP system.

Timely prepare Capability Listing / Catalogue and load into the website.

Drive continuous improvement and implement innovative solutions to meet customers' requirements and optimize customer service processes.

Review POs, Contracts, and correspond with customers to address PO discrepancies and ensure compliance to PO requirements.

Support generating department reports for management review and discussion.

Support and participate in current RFQ process using Financial models.

Provide backup duties within the Customer Service team.

Perform other duties as assigned.
