RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore is seeking a logistics/order processing professional to support and process customer orders. The role involves accurate order processing, raising POs/DOs, stock checks, and coordinating timely deliveries to customers.

You will handle customer inquiries via email, ensure timely responses, and take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor. Working hours vary by shift.

• Process and support customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Raise Purchase Orders (PO) and prepare Delivery Orders (DO).
• Check incoming stock and tally deliveries against invoices.
• Handle customer enquiries via email and provide timely responses.
• Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job description

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 7.30am-4.30pm / 8.00am-5.00pm / 9.00am-6.00pm

Salary: Up to $3200 + AWS + Quarterly Incentive + Variable Bonus
