Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics support assistant in Singapore to handle PO/DO processing and order coordination.

You will receive, validate, and issue purchase orders and delivery orders, and liaise with warehouse, transporters, and customers to provide timely updates. The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience handling PO/DO, good communication, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service dealing with PO/DO.
• Able to receive, process and validate purchase orders according to SOPs.
• Experience coordinating with warehouse and logistics partners.

• Prepare and manage DOs for outbound shipments.

Job description

Location: Jurong
Working hour: Mon - Fri (8am - 530pm)

Duties:

• Receive, process, and validate Purchase Orders (PO) in the system in accordance with SOPs
• Prepare, issue, and manage Delivery Orders (DO) for outbound shipments
• Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and logistics partners to arrange deliveries
• Handle customer enquiries via email or phone regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation

Requirement:

• Require some lifting if required (up to 10kg)
• 1 year experience in customer service dealing with PO/DO
