Job summary

Enggsol Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead to head performance testing across projects in Singapore. You will define strategies, plan workloads, and execute tests to ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and availability of applications.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with hands-on proficiency in LoadRunner/JMeter and a deep understanding of architectures, databases, and production-like environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• 10+ years in software testing with 5+ years leading performance testing initiatives for medium to large-scale systems.
• Experience designing and executing performance, load, stress, endurance, scalability, and capacity testing.
• Hands-on with LoadRunner or JMeter.
• Strong knowledge of architectures, web tech, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end performance testing activities for software applications and systems.
• Define and implement performance test strategies, plans, workload models, and scenarios based on requirements.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance tests using LoadRunner, JMeter or equivalent.
• Conduct performance, load, stress, endurance, scalability, and capacity testing.
• Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tuning and optimization.
• Collaborate with development, infra, database, network, and operations teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
