You will partner with sales, product, and engineering in a fast-paced, start-up like environment, solving complex revenue blockers with data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes strategic guidance, operational excellence, and scalable adoption of new performance products across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital marketing, ad tech and ad operations.
• 5+ years client-facing and hands‑on experience in ad tech, ad ops, and/or campaign management.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Pinterest campaign best practices and Ads Manager; act as regional go‑to resource for performance opportunities.
• Be the technical contact for sales to activate lower funnel campaigns with product, auction and implementation knowledge.
• Enable sellers to pitch performance products at scale, focusing on performance automation and data-driven optimization.
• Analyze large ad data sets to strategize new performance opportunities and insights.
• Lead global SME discussions to support pre‑GA performance products and new integrations.
