Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Performance Solutions Partner in Singapore to enable advertisers and sellers to drive success via priority products and best practices. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering in a fast-moving startup-like environment, solving ambiguous problems with a data-driven mindset.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, regional adaptations, and the use of AI tools to improve performance, with a focus on lower funnel campaigns and ROI enhancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ad tech and ad operations.
• 3+ years in client-facing and hands-on experience with ad tech platforms.
• 3+ years in performance marketing either at a tech vendor, agency, or in-house client side.
• Experience selling performance products and obtaining internal buy-in.
• Experience with tagging and tracking QA, and working with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Expert knowledge of digital advertising and media sales including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, sales facing experience, and product/platform knowledge.
• Technical foundation with experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies.
• Working knowledge of API implementation and benefits (ex. Conversion API).
• Expert knowledge of web analytics and e-commerce strategies to drive retail business.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert at Pinterest campaign best practices and ads manager.
• Be the technical contact for sales to help activate lower funnel campaigns (ex. eStore, performance focused).
• Enable sellers to pitch new performance products alongside campaign strategy at scale, with a focus on products that involve performance automation.
• Analyze large amounts of ads manager and client data to strategize for the next performance opportunity.
• Be the performance guru to support pre-GA performance products on ensuring successful alpha and beta tests.
• Understand complex processes and products, distilling them down for a less technical audience.
• Lead or participate in global SME working groups to support pre-GA performance products and new integrations.
• Provide strategic thought leadership to top clients to enable new performance products and creating A/B testing learning agendas.
• Identify key issues facing clients and advertisers, and develop proposed solutions on how Pinterest should solve them.
