Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Client Solutions Manager on a 6-month contract in a hybrid setup, focused on Vietnam and Southeast Asia clients. You will guide advertisers, shape performance marketing strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.

You will manage high-stakes campaigns, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and build strong client relationships, balancing strategic guidance with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing, digital advertising, direct response, client solutions, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for advertisers and performance marketing teams, providing strategic guidance and day-to-day support.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to help clients achieve their business and acquisition objectives.
• Navigate the technical details of performance marketing campaigns with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.
• Troubleshoot campaign and platform-related issues, working closely with internal technical and support teams to resolve problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Creative, Marketing Science, and technical support teams, to deliver effective client solutions.
• Manage high-revenue processes and client requirements in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business objectives, challenges, and performance marketing needs.
