Job summary

ALLEGIS GROUP SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Manager to support advertisers in Vietnam, including cross-border campaigns. You will serve as a strategic partner to performance marketing teams, helping clients improve outcomes and resolve issues.

You will develop tailored campaign recommendations, navigate technical details, monitor performance, and communicate actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Vietnamese and English proficiency for direct communication with Vietnam-based clients and regional stakeholders.
• At least five years of relevant experience in performance marketing, direct-response advertising, client solutions, account management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing campaigns and digital advertising technologies.
• Strong client management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, remain resourceful, and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Vietnam.

We are looking for an experienced Client Solutions Manager to support advertisers in Vietnam, including businesses running cross-border advertising campaigns.

In this client-facing role, you will act as a strategic partner to performance marketing teams, helping clients improve campaign outcomes, resolve technical and operational issues, and make effective use of digital advertising solutions.

Essential requirements

Language Requirement

Proficiency in both Vietnamese and EnglishThis role directly supports advertisers and performance marketing teams in Vietnam. Vietnamese proficiency is therefore necessary to conduct client meetings, understand market-specific business needs, discuss detailed campaign and performance matters, troubleshoot issues, and communicate recommendations accurately in the clients' local language.English proficiency is also required because the role is based in Singapore and involves regular collaboration with regional and cross-functional internal teams that operate in English.
