Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Digital Solutions Architect for a leading global technology company in Singapore. The role centers on collaborating with advertisers and sales teams to maximize digital advertising solutions through technical consultation, platform integrations and data-driven problem solving.

This 12-month contract involves acting as a technical consultant, guiding API integrations, onboarding, testing and go-live activities, and partnering with sales to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Engineering, Technical Consulting, Partner Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Strong experience with software systems, including SQL, scripting and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with API development, integration, testing or troubleshooting.
• Experience working with web, mobile or enterprise technology environments.
• Experience working directly with clients, partners or prospects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert for digital advertising and marketing technology solutions.
• Work directly with advertisers to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Guide clients through technical implementations, including APIs, integrations, data signals and platform setup.
• Support client onboarding, testing and go-live activities, while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Partner closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions aligned with client and industry needs.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects through to completion.
• Analyse data and present technical recommendations and insights to both technical and business audiences.
• Document project progress, technical solutions and key learnings.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance across projects.
