Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Manager to support advertisers in Vietnam, including cross-border campaigns. You will act as a strategic partner to performance marketing teams, helping clients optimize outcomes, resolve issues, and leverage AI-enabled client solutions.

This role offers regional exposure across Vietnam and Southeast Asia, with regular travel to Vietnam and collaboration with Singapore-based and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English for direct communication with Vietnam-based clients and regional stakeholders.
• At least five years of relevant experience in performance marketing, direct-response advertising, client solutions, account management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing campaigns and digital advertising technologies.
• Strong client management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, be resourceful, and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Vietnam.

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements

• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English for direct communication with Vietnam-based external clients and internal regional stakeholders.
• At least five years of relevant experience in performance marketing, direct-response advertising, client solutions, account management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing campaigns and digital advertising technologies.
• Strong client management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, remain resourceful, and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Confidence managing detailed, high-revenue processes in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Vietnam.

Language Requirement

• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English
• This role directly supports advertisers and performance marketing teams in Vietnam. Vietnamese proficiency is therefore necessary to conduct client meetings, understand market-specific business needs, discuss detailed campaign and performance matters, troubleshoot issues, and communicate recommendations accurately in the clients' local language.
• English proficiency is also required because the role is based in Singapore and involves regular collaboration with regional and cross-functional internal teams that operate in English.
