Iserious Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced advertising specialist to grow customer acquisition and sales across international markets. You will manage paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok, optimize structures, test creatives, and partner with design teams to drive purchases.

The role requires strong data analysis, hands-on campaign management, and a track record of lowering CAC while maintaining sustainable ROAS. ?

Qualificações

Hands-on paid advertising experience across Meta and TikTok.
Ability to analyse performance and translate findings into actions.
Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing CAC/ROAS.
Strong collaboration with design and content teams for creative testing.

Responsabilidades

Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Manage campaign structures, audience targeting, placements, bidding and budget allocation.
Develop acquisition and retargeting strategies for international markets and different audiences.
Analyse performance across the customer journey to identify issues with creatives, audiences, offers, or landing pages.
Design structured tests with clear hypotheses, success measures and documented findings.
Develop creative briefs and work with designers, editors and content creators to test hooks, messages, formats and CTAs.
Monitor creative fatigue and use insights to guide new advertising assets.
Collaborate with technical teams to validate conversion tracking and reconcile discrepancies across platforms and business data.
Report on CAC, purchase conversions and advertising ROAS with clear recommendations to scale or adjust.
