Job summary

National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) in Singapore seeks an Executive / Senior Executive (Performance Management) to support performance management frameworks and career progression processes. You will gain exposure to HR business partnering, rewards and broader HR initiatives across the organisation.

You will analyse workforce data, prepare management reports, and help implement governance and digital HR solutions to strengthen decision-making and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in HR analytics, performance management or business partnering.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, Psychology or related discipline; professional certifications (e.g. IHRP) are an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to present data clearly to management.

Responsibilities

• Support design and execution of performance management frameworks and annual reviews.
• Analyse and consolidate performance and workforce data; prepare reports and insights for leadership discussions.
• Partner with stakeholders to support calibration, moderation, and governance of performance and rewards decisions.
• Contribute to HR systems enhancement projects to improve efficiency and employee experience.
