Job summary
KS Consulting Pte Ltd is partnering with a leading global asset management firm to hire a Performance & Analytics Operations Support professional on a 12-month contract in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting a data migration project, moving Performance & Analytics data feeds from an existing middle-office provider to a new service provider.

Qualifications
- 0–3 years' experience in Performance Analytics, Investment Operations, Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Reconciliation or Data Management.
- Freshers with internship experience in Python and Data in financial services are welcome.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL is required.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Support the migration of Performance & Analytics data feeds and system configurations.
- Work closely with project teams, business analysts, testing teams and external service providers.
- Participate in functional and integration testing.
- Analyse data discrepancies, perform reconciliations and validate investment performance returns.
- Support implementation, go-live and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms and Power BI dashboards.
