Job summary

KS Consulting Pte Ltd is hiring a Performance & Analytics Operations Support on a 12-month contract in Singapore. The successful candidate will aid a data migration project transitioning Performance & Analytics feeds to a new service provider.

Fresh graduates with internship experience in Python and Data within financial services are encouraged to apply. You will work with cross-functional teams, perform testing, and ensure data accuracy across BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years' experience in Performance Analytics, Investment Operations, or Data Management.
• Familiarity with data migrations, testing, and project implementation is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support migration of Performance & Analytics data feeds and system configurations.
• Coordinate with project teams, business analysts, testing teams, and external providers.
• Assist in functional and integration testing.
• Analyze data discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and validate investment performance returns.
• Support go-live and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure data accuracy across reporting platforms and Power BI dashboards.
