Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an organised Operations Associate to support end-to-end activities, including migration work, data remediation and system checks for clients.

You will perform pre- and post-migration validation, monitor daily activities such as trade matching and collateral movements, resolve breaks with internal teams and clients, and assist with UAT and process documentation. Qualifications

• MS Excel proficiency is required.
• Experience with migration projects and data remediation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operational activities, including migration work, client/account data remediation and system checks.
• Perform pre- and post-migration validation, including reconciliations.
• Monitor and process daily activity such as trade matching and allocation, margin calls and collateral movements.
• Investigate and resolve breaks, queries and exceptions with internal teams, brokers and clients.
• Support project work, including UAT, test scripts and defect follow-up.
• Support SMEs on BAU activities.
• Update SOPs, process notes and user guides.
• Prepare MIS and status updates.
