Job summary

KS Consulting Pte Ltd partners with a leading global asset management firm to hire a Performance & Analytics Operations Support professional on a 12-month contract in Singapore. The role focuses on migrating Performance & Analytics data feeds to a new service provider while ensuring data accuracy across reporting platforms and Power BI dashboards.

You will work with project teams, business analysts, testing teams and external service providers, performing testing and data reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years' experience in Performance Analytics, Investment Operations or Data Management.
• Experience with data migration projects is advantageous.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field.

Job description

We are partnering with a leading global asset management firm to hire a Performance & Analytics Operations Support professional on a 12-month contract in Singapore.

The successful candidate will support a key data migration project involving the transition of Performance & Analytics data feeds from an existing middle-office provider to a new service provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the migration of Performance & Analytics data feeds and system configurations.
• Work closely with project teams, business analysts, testing teams and external service providers.
• Participate in functional and integration testing.
• Analyse data discrepancies, perform reconciliations and validate investment performance returns.
• Support implementation, go-live and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms and Power BI dashboards.

Requirements

• 0-3 years' experience in Performance Analytics, Investment Operations, Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Reconciliation or Data Management.
• Exposure to FactSet (SPAR, PA, Vault) or other performance measurement systems would be advantageous.
• Understanding of investment operations, IBOR, trade lifecycle and corporate actions.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in system migration, testing or project implementation would be an advantage.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
