Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an Operations Migration Analyst to support end-to-end migration activities, validate system behavior post-migration, and maintain account data. The role involves updating process notes and preparing flowcharts, with collaboration across Compliance, business, and Technology teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance, demonstrates strong analytical skills, and has an interest in process improvement, automation, or AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Good communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work across Compliance, business and Technology teams.
• Interest or experience in process improvement, automation, data analytics or AI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support/end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation.
• Perform validation on post-migration checks on system behavior.
• Perform account-level maintenance and updates if required.
• Support updating process notes to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable.
• Prepare process documents and flowcharts.
