Job summary

Sime Motors in Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to partner with the People Experience Team and Payroll vendor to manage payroll, benefits, and HRIS. The role covers 5 operating units, ensuring statutory compliance and accurate data processing.

Responsibilities include benefits administration, HRIS analytics, and coordinating with auditors. The position is a 1-year contract requiring a degree and at least five years of payroll and HR experience, with SAP/Workday experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Min Degree holder with at least 5 years of payroll, benefits and HRIS experience.
• Experience with SAP and Workday is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Act, HR applications and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in advanced MS Excel and IT-savvy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Singapore People Experience Team and Payroll vendor to manage full payroll spectrum and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Administer benefits programs including medical, health screening and insurance.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for HRIS and HR analytics reporting.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors on payroll audits.
• Assist with payroll-related inquiries and issues.
