Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in a people partner, HR generalist, HRBP, or similar role, with hands-on recruitment experience.
• Experience in startups, fintech, crypto, or high-growth technology environments.
• Good understanding of Singapore employment-related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment.
• Act as a trusted partner to managers on performance and employee relations.
• Manage and improve HR operations including onboarding and offboarding.
