Job summary

OLOFSSON PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support a growing fintech team in Singapore. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll and workplace activities, ensuring a smooth employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.

You will work closely with internal teams and external providers, improving processes and supporting operations across multiple markets. The role requires 2–4 years in HR Operations and hands-on Singapore payroll experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations or similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing Singapore payroll.
• Ability to take ownership, show initiative and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding, contracts, background checks, work passes, leave and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems.
• Lead end-to-end monthly payroll for Singapore and coordinate with providers across markets.
• Collaborate with Finance and payroll providers on changes and statutory submissions.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for HR queries and follow-through.
• Oversee daily office operations, facilities and vendors.
• Coordinate employee activities and workplace events.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace and employee experience and drive initiatives.

We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech to seek an HR Operations Specialist to support its growing team. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll and workplace activities, helping create a smooth employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding. Working closely with internal teams and external providers, you will also improve processes and support operations across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Payroll

• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, background checks, work passes, leave and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and systems.
• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including Singapore payroll, and coordinate with external providers across other markets to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Work with Finance and payroll providers on employee changes, payroll queries and statutory submissions.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, resolving HR queries and following through on outstanding matters.
• Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, vendors and workplace services.
• Coordinate employee activities, office events and engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve the workplace and employee experience, taking ideas through to implementation.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, People Operations or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing Singapore payroll
• Strong ownership and initiative, with the ability to identify priorities and work independently.
• A practical approach to problem-solving and confidence working through ambiguity.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and follow-through.
• Experience in technology, fintech, financial services, payments or digital assets is an advantage.
