Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® is seeking an experienced Manager, People Partner & Talent Acquisition to join our Global HR team in Singapore on a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave.

You will blend People Partnering with Talent Acquisition for Global Support Center functions, partnering with leaders to drive workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• 8 years of HR experience with a combination of HR/People Partnering and Talent Acquisition.
• Experience partnering with managers and senior stakeholders in a corporate environment.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment capability and direct sourcing.
• Knowledge of performance management, employee relations, talent management and life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the People Partner for assigned Global Support Center functions, building relationships and providing day-to-day HR support.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Global Support Center positions, including intake, sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, organization design and employee development.
• Support compensation, promotions and other lifecycle activities in partnership with HR stakeholders.
