Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, onboarding, records, attendance, leave, and payroll.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment requirements and compliance.
• Experience with SME HR processes and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate employee records and attendance/leave data.
• Facilitate onboarding of new hires and integration into company culture.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Drive employee engagement activities and CSR programs.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Monitor performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Assist with work pass applications and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
