OSG Containers and Modular Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR administrator to maintain employee files, prepare contracts, and manage payroll inputs. The role also covers onboarding, offboarding, leave administration and HR policy maintenance.

The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functionally with operations, manage access and documentation, and ensure confidential information is safeguarded.

Responsabilités

• Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
• Prepare employment contracts, KETs, confirmation, increment, promotion and other employee letters.
• Maintain employee information in HR/payroll systems.
• Support monthly payroll preparation and verify payroll inputs.
• Process attendance, leave, OT, allowances, incentives and approved deductions.
• Coordinate with Production/Operations on timesheets and MPI submissions.
• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Arrange accounts, access, equipment and documentation with relevant departments.
• Track probation, confirmation, contract expiry and employee documentation deadlines.
• Administer leave and employee benefits.
• Support work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Maintain organisational charts and employee directories.
• Assist with appraisal administration.
• Maintain HR policies, forms, templates and SOPs.
• Support company events and employee communications.
• Respond to routine employee HR enquiries.
• Ensure confidential employee information is appropriately controlled.
