You will handle attendance, leave, claims, travel arrangements and monthly reports while maintaining confidentiality and supporting management with daily operations.

Responsabilidades

• Handle recruitment, job postings and interview arrangements.
• Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
• Manage staff onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave applications and overtime.
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation.
• Handle staff claims, benefits and medical leave records.
• Manage employee performance reviews.
• Address staff enquiries and workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Handle employee resignation, clearance and exit procedures.
