Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 0–2 years experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and initiative.
• Interest in AI/automation and efficiency improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including postings, screening, interviews, offers, and admin.
• Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Own onboarding: welcome sessions, culture intro, IT setup & access.
