Job summary

Lucence, a precision health company with hubs in Singapore and Silicon Valley, seeks a hands-on onsite People Operations Executive/Senior Executive to own the full HR lifecycle and drive efficiency through technology.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, and workplace operations, with 0–2 years' experience and a degree in HRM or related field; curiosity and problem solving are valued, and interest in AI/automation is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and proactive mindset.
• Curious and keen on AI and automation; learning new systems welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, offers and admin.
• Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Own onboarding process and IT setup for new hires.
• Maintain HR records, HRIS data, and compliance with regulations.
• Support payroll processing, performance reviews, and comp & benefits.
• Oversee workplace, IT vendor liaison, procurement, and facilities.
