You will partner with leadership to standardize practices, leverage data analytics, and drive performance development across the Singapore organization.

The role emphasizes applying AI to HR workflows, improving accuracy, and delivering best-in-class HR services.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in HR, business operation, and/or office management, preferably at a high-growth technology company.
• Strong communication skills; in English.
• Interest in and able to apply AI to operational processes & programs, particularly in the field of HR operations.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve operational processes.
• Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational rigor with minimal errors across Administrative, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP functions.
• Utilize AI to automate and make processes more efficient.
• Use HR data and analytics to inform HR decision making.
• Support HR leadership in areas such as performance management & talent development.
• Support the Singapore HR function including HR operations, talent acquisition, and HR compliance.
