Job summary

qlub is seeking a People Intern to support HR operations in Singapore. You’ll work with the People Partner to drive data integrity, manage headcount and employee records, and prepare contracts and monthly reports.

You’ll help with onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment tasks, coordinate events, and support regional HR projects. This is ideal for a hands-on learner eager to grow in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with HR systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on learner with regional exposure.

• Prepare and manage documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and monthly reports.
• Support HR system updates to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Help organize and coordinate internal employee engagement events.
• Support the recruitment process, including collecting candidate information, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
• Provide administrative support for regional People projects and ad hoc tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth People operations across all supported countries.

The role

As our next People Intern, you'll help drive our growth in Singapore: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll work closely with operators and partners to turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment, this role is for you.

What you’ll need:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with HR systems

• Excellent communication skills

• Passionate about people, learning, and building a career in HR

• A proactive, hands-on learner who is eager to take on new challenges in a regional setting

• Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or a high-growth marketplace
