Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Prior experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, or Employee Services.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries.
• Provide support on HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Manage and resolve HR requests through HR service channels.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant HR teams when required.
• Support HR operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
