Job summary

Jing Pin Food Pte. Ltd. is seeking a reliable HR/Accounting Manager to handle both human resources and basic accounting functions.

This role supports staff management, payroll, and company financial records to ensure smooth daily operations. The position covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, compliance with employment laws, and maintaining financial records. With 2–5 years of HR and accounting experience, you will work independently and collaboratively to keep operations running

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR and accounting experience.
• Basic knowledge of payroll, employment regulations, and bookkeeping.
• Familiar with HR or accounting software.

Responsibilities

• HR: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Payroll: Handle payroll, leave, attendance, and benefits, and CPF/statutory submissions.
• Accounting: Manage daily entries, invoices, payments and expense claims; assist in monthly reports and audits.
