• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing L&D programme schedules.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth programme execution.
• Prepare and organise training materials and provide logistical support for training sessions.
• Maintain and update training records and documentation.
• Compile and prepare reports on training outcomes and metrics.
• Administer and execute HR processes such as sponsorship, orientation, funding, and training administration.
• Monitor and report on key training indicators.
• Maintain learning content on the eLearning platform, and support user accounts and troubleshooting.
• Assist in auditing L&D programmes to ensure relevance and maintain standards.
• Support events and programmes such as staff wellness initiatives, process/work improvement review projects.
