Job summary

Industrious Asia Pacific is seeking a motivated People Experience Intern to support the People Experience Team with a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role. You will contribute across administration, recruitment, HR operations and analysis to help scale our regional People program.

You will report to the Director of People Experience and work closely with cross‑functional teams. This internship offers exposure to HR systems, processes and the chance to contribute to a diverse, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and Gemini AI.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the internal database with high accuracy.
• Housekeeping the HRIS.
• Create social media content relating to recruitment.
• Post and manage recruitment advertisements on job boards and social platforms.
• Handle recruitment-related matters including scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining the candidate database, and handling paperwork.
• Assist in the compliance of HR policies and processes.
• Assist in researching and implementing HR systems/platforms to enable scale and efficiency.
• Assist in developing standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
• Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in HR surveys, data, metrics, and statistics for analysis, reports, and recommendations to improve HR experience including recruitment, retention, and legal compliance.
• Assist in the Employee’s engagement program & activities.
• Assist in drafting HR newsletters and announcements.
