Star Alliance in Singapore offers an entry-level People & Culture Trainee position as the starting point of an 18-month Development Programme. You will gain broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, including internship programmes, payroll, and HRIS management.

The trainee will develop professional judgement, technical knowledge and stakeholder-management skills while coordinating with government authorities, external partners and internal teams. Strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates at the beginning of their HR careers are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in People & Culture.

Responsabilités

• Source and select candidates for each internship cohort, keeping applicants informed.
• Lead the intern lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through rotations, engagement and offboarding.
• Help prepare and deliver career fairs and other talent outreach activities.
• Maintain intern records and support practical activities that keep former interns connected.
• Track programme information, gather feedback and suggest improvements.
