Job summary

Square One Resources is seeking an experienced Pega CLM/KYC Business Analyst (LBA) to support a 6-month transformation programme within a financial services environment in Singapore.

The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, Compliance/KYC teams and the Pega technology team, translating regulatory requirements into functional specifications and supporting CLM, KYC and onboarding capabilities on the Pega platform. Hybrid – 1–2 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
• Experience with Pega CLM/KYC or Pega Customer Service/Case Management.
• Strong knowledge of CLM and KYC processes.
• Experience across onboarding, CDD/EDD, KYC reviews/remediation.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
• Analyse and improve CLM and KYC/onboarding processes.
• Translate requirements into detailed specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with Pega architects and developers to implement requirements.
• Support design and implementation of Pega workflows (onboarding, KYC, CDD/EDD, periodic reviews, remediation, data management).
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Produce process flows, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT including test scenarios, execution, defect triage and resolution.
• Identify automation opportunities and ensure regulatory alignment.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pega CLM/KYC Business Analyst (LBA) to support a 6-month transformation programme within a financial services environment in Singapore.

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, Compliance/KYC teams and the Pega technology team, translating business and regulatory requirements into clear functional requirements and supporting the delivery of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), Know Your Customer (KYC) and onboarding capabilities on the Pega platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business, Compliance, KYC, Operations and technology stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
• Analyse and improve Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and KYC/onboarding processes.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with Pega architects, developers and other technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Support the design and implementation of Pega workflows covering areas such as:
• Client onboarding, KYC and customer due diligence (CDD), Enhanced due diligence (EDD), Periodic KYC reviews, Client remediation, Account/product onboarding, Screening and risk assessment, Client data and documentation management
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Produce process flows, business requirements, functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT, including test scenario preparation, execution, defect triage and resolution.
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Ensure solutions align with relevant regulatory, Compliance and operational requirements.
• Support stakeholders through implementation, testing and post-production activities.

Required Experience

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst (LBA) within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Pega, ideally Pega CLM/KYC or Pega Customer Service/Case Management.
• Strong knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and KYC processes.
• Experience across customer onboarding, CDD/EDD, KYC reviews and/or remediation.
• Good understanding of financial crime/compliance processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience working with Pega business process/workflow solutions.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
• Experience writing user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, Compliance and technology teams.
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT and defect management.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including Scrum/Kanban.
