Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd seeks a Lead System Architect to spearhead end-to-end Pega application delivery, with a heavy focus on Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and KYC. You will act as a Trusted Advisor, bridging business needs with technical execution while driving adoption of Pega Infinity capabilities.

The role requires CLSA certification, CSSA is a strong plus, and extensive experience with Pega Infinity 8.x+.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing Pega applications from scratch on Pega Infinity 8.x onwards.
• Extensive experience leading and running Discovery Sessions to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management with client SMEs.

As a Lead System Architect, you will spearhead the design and end-to-end delivery of Pega applications, with a heavy focus onClient Lifecycle Management (CLM)andKYC. You will act as a "Trusted Advisor," bridging the gap between business needs and complex technical execution while driving the adoption of modern Pega Infinity capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certifications:Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)is mandatory.
• Experience:Proven expertise in developing Pega applications from scratch onPega Infinity (preferably 8.x onwards).
• Discovery & Design:Extensive experience leading and running Discovery Sessionsto translate complex business requirements and regulatory policies into technical specifications.
• Stakeholder Management:Work closely with client SMEs and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Execution Methodology:Proficient in leading project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies; ability to tailor the execution approach based on project scale and complexity.
• Frameworks:Deep hands-on experience withPega CLM/KYC frameworks, specialized data models, and OOTB rule sets.
• UI Architecture:Advanced knowledge ofConstellation, Cosmos React, Theme Cosmos, and UI Kit and DX APIs.
• Integrations:Expert in designing complex integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Kafka, MQ) and managing data synchronization with legacy systems.
• Ops & Monitoring:Familiarity with DevOps, PegaUnit, CI/CD pipelines, and proactive monitoring usingPega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC).
  

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Certification:MandatoryCertified Senior System Architect (CSSA). (LSA Part 1 or full certification is a strong plus).
• Experience:7+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 5+ years of dedicated Pega development experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 full end-to-end project implementations.
• Framework Expertise:Strong hands-on experience withPega CLM/KYC frameworks
• Domain Knowledge:Solid understanding ofFinancial Services, client onboarding, and global regulatory KYC requirements.

Technical Skill Set

• Core Pega Rules:In-depth knowledge of Activities, Flows, Process Flows, Declarative Rules, and Decision Rules.
• Architecture & Design:Strong understanding ofCase Managementconcepts.
  • Hands-on experience withConnectors and Services(Integration).
  • Ability to deliver high-quality design documents (HLD/LLD) and Technical Specification Documents.
• UI & Reporting:Proficiency in designing User Interfaces within Pega.
  • Working knowledge ofReport-Definitions, List/Summary Views, and Dashboards.
• System Operations:Experience withAgents, SLAs, Tickets, and debugging tools.
• Performance & Administration (Preferred):Knowledge ofPega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC), PAL, PLA, and basic Java/Unix/SQL skills.
