Job summary

GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Automotive Workshop Technician to support daily operations at Macpherson.

You will provide technical guidance to junior technicians, monitor workshop activities, and assist in vehicle procurement and documentation. We offer an up to SGD 3,500 monthly salary, 5.25 workdays with up to 44 hours, and a path for career progression plus salary increments after probation.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec in Automotive or engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a workshop.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations and provide guidance for junior technicians.
• Assist in vehicle procurement, consumables management and documentation.
• Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness and compliance with service standards.
