ASM is seeking a Manufacturing Manager in Singapore to lead semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and top quality. You will drive operational excellence through LEAN practices and develop high-performing teams across functions.

You will set production schedules, monitor performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining strict quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (required).
• Experience leading manufacturing operations in semiconductor capital equipment or complex assembly.
• Strong LEAN and continuous improvement background.
• Proven ability to develop and lead frontline teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery goals.
• Establish production schedules and performance metrics to meet customer and business requirements.
• Drive LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with engineering to investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Coach and mentor manufacturing supervisors to strengthen leadership capability.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized work environment.
