sanmina-sci systems singapore pte. ltd. seeks a senior operations leader to oversee daily and weekly production execution in high-volume PCBA manufacturing.

You will bridge strategic goals with shift plans, supervise Superintendents and multi-line teams, and drive lean improvements to cut waste and cycle times. You will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve roadblocks, manage overtime and labor efficiency, and ensure ISO/EHS/5S standards are upheld across production

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in high-volume, high-mix PCBA or similar manufacturing.
• Diploma in manufacturing, production, or engineering disciplines, or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily and weekly production execution to meet output, quality, yield, and on-time delivery targets.
• Bridge strategic goals with shift execution and headcount deployment across multiple lines and shifts.
• Lead annual inventory count coordinating with Finance, Materials, and Warehouse for accurate reconciliation of WIP, raw materials, and FG.
