Job summary

Sanmina-SCI Systems Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure daily targets and yield goals are met. You will lead shifts, coordinate across departments, and drive Kaizen/Six Sigma initiatives to shorten production times.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent, 2–5 years in PCBA, strong supervisory and communication abilities, and proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace. Afternoon or night shifts are available.

Qualifications

• GCE A-level / ITC / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in PCBA environment preferred.
• Good supervisory and communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production targets and process yield goals.
• Manage shift handovers and inter-department coordination.
• Initiate LSS projects to shorten production times and reduce waste.
• Optimize resource allocation to balance workloads.
• Collaborate with Engineering on floor layouts to save space and time.
• Audit activities to ensure SOP and quality protocol compliance.
• Train and develop junior Supervisors in leadership and problem-solving.
• Maintain 5S+ standards for benches, tools, and areas.
• Review and update SOPs to reflect improvements.
• Ensure safety and compliance with established standards.
